Important Notice

This campaign applies to 2008-2010 (RT) Chrysler Town and Country and 2008-2010 (RT) Dodge Grand Caravan vehicles equipped with a Driver Air Bag (DAB).

Dealers should complete this campaign service on involved vehicles before retail delivery and on vehicles in for service.

Repair

Replace the existing DAB cover with a new DAB cover and emblem assembly using the correct part number for the vehicle.

No parts return is required for this campaign.

Special Tools

The following special tools are required to perform this repair: wiTECH MicroPod II, Laptop Computer wiTECH Software, and Remover Tool, Driver Air Bag Trim Stick.

Service Procedure

Follow the service procedure to remove the DAB, taking necessary precautions to handle non-deployed air bags and supplemental restraints.
