Breaking-In Your Vehicle
Your vehicle does not require an extensive break-in. Vary your speed frequently during the first 1,000 miles (1,600 km) of new vehicle operation.
Avoid adding friction modifier compounds or special break-in oils during the initial few thousand miles (kilometers) of operation.
