Installation Overview
This manual provides instructions for installing the Blue Ox BX2223 base plate on a 2002 Honda Insight with a manual transmission.
Important Notes
Use only genuine factory replacement parts and do not substitute homemade or non-typical parts. Ensure all bolts are tightened with Loctite to prevent loosening.
The installation process involves removing various components, such as the front fascia, belly pan, and headlight assemblies, to access the base plate mounting points.
Drilling and trimming of air dam may be required to fit the base plate.
