Important Safety Precautions
Read the manual thoroughly before operating the vehicle. Ensure the vehicle is operated on a flat surface, away from power lines, tall buildings, and highways to minimize radio interference.
Avoid operating the vehicle near high-voltage electrical wires, reinforced concrete buildings, and on wet surfaces.
Battery Care
The 9.6V rechargeable NiCd battery pack must be charged for 4 hours before first use. Subsequent charges will only require 4 hours. Running time is estimated to be between 10-15 minutes.
Use only the Tyco 9.6V Turbo 4-Hour Quick Charger to properly charge the battery pack. Avoid overcharging, as it can reduce the number of times the battery can be recharged.
Troubleshooting
Common issues include loose battery connections, weak or uncharged batteries, and radio interference. Solutions include checking battery connections, charging the battery, and changing locations to avoid interference.
