Introduction
This manual provides instructions for the UtilityPRO TM Series Touchscreen Programmable Demand Control Thermostat.
Important Safety Information
Be careful when using the touchscreen keys to prevent damage to the thermostat. Never use sharp instruments such as a pencil or pen.
The thermostat contains a Lithium battery that may contain Perchlorate material, which requires special handling.
Battery Replacement
The coin cell battery retains the time and date during a power failure and should last five years. Replace the battery every five years or before leaving home for an extended period.
Remove the plastic tab from the battery holder before mounting the thermostat on the wall.
FCC Part 15 Notice
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for Class B digital devices.
Industry Canada Requirements
Operation of this device is subject to the following two conditions: 1) This device may not cause interference, 2) This device must accept any interference.
Getting Started
Your new thermostat is pre-programmed and ready to go. See page 15 to check settings.
CAUTION: Do not operate the cooling system when the outdoor temperature is below 50°F (10°C) to prevent possible compressor damage.
