Installation Overview
The T6 Pro Programmable Thermostat comes with a UWP Mounting System, which includes a Junction Box Adapter, screws, and anchors. Before starting the installation, turn off the power at the breaker box or switch.
Mounting the Thermostat
Mount the Junction Box Adapter to the wall or an electrical box using the supplied screws. Then, attach the UWP to the Junction Box Adapter and snap the Cover Plate onto it.
Power Options
The thermostat can be powered by batteries (AA) or through AC power (C terminal). For AC power, insert the R and C wires into the designated terminals.
Wiring the Thermostat
The thermostat has various terminal designations for different system types, including heat pump, cooling, and heating systems. Refer to the wiring diagrams for specific connections.
