Safety Precautions
Ensure the appliance is used with caution, keeping it away from walls, curtains, and metal surfaces. Avoid touching hot surfaces and do not leave plastic utensils in contact with the appliance while cooking.
Features
The ReversaGrill has a reversible grill plate, cool touch handles, a removable metal drip tray, and a DiamondForce non-stick cooking surface. It also features a safety interlock, large cooking area, and variable temperature control.
Usage Instructions
Before first use, remove all packaging and wash the cooking plate, drip tray, and base with warm soapy water. Condition the cooking plates with a light coating of vegetable oil or non-stick cooking spray. For use, place the grill on a flat, level, heat-resistant surface, insert the control probe, and plug in the cord.
Care & Cleaning
Always turn off the power and unplug the cord before cleaning. Allow the grill to cool before cleaning, and wash the grill plate, drip tray, and base with warm soapy water. The grill plate and base are dishwasher safe.
Temperature Setting Guide
The temperature settings on the dial represent approximate temperatures for cooking various foods, including chicken, sausages, lamb, and vegetables.
