Safety Precautions
Before installing the air conditioner, read the safety precautions to avoid death, serious injury, or electric shock.
- Do not install the unit by yourself (user).
- Attach the electrical cover to the indoor unit and the service panel of the outdoor unit securely.
- Perform the installation securely referring to the installation manual.
- Do not discharge the refrigerant into the atmosphere.
- Check that the refrigerant gas does not leak after installation has been completed.
Required Tools for Installation
The following tools are required for installation: Phillips screwdriver, Torque wrench, Gauge manifold for R410A, Level, Wrench (or spanner), Vacuum pump for R410A, Scale, mm hexagonal wrench, Charge hose for R410A, Utility knife or scissors, Flare tool for R410A, Pipe cutter with reamer.
Specifications
The specifications of the air conditioner are listed, including power supply, wire specifications, pipe length and height difference, and refrigerant adjustment.
Installation Location
The installation location should be selected based on the following conditions: not exposed to strong wind, good airflow, away from direct sunshine, and not causing disturbance to neighbors.
