Safety Precautions
Incorrect handling of the inverter may cause unexpected faults, resulting in death, severe injury, or material damage. It is essential to read this instruction manual and the instruction manual (basic) carefully to use the equipment correctly.
Fire Prevention: Do not install, operate, maintain, or inspect the inverter until you have read the instruction manuals carefully. Ensure the inverter is installed on a non-flammable wall without holes, and do not connect a resistor directly to the DC terminals.
Injury Prevention: Ensure the voltage applied to each terminal is as specified, and cables are connected to the correct terminals. Polarity must be correct, and do not touch the inverter while power is on or for some time after power-off, as it will be extremely hot.
Electric Shock Prevention: Do not open the front cover while power is on, and do not run the inverter with the front cover or wiring cover removed. Ensure the product is earthed (grounded) and installed correctly.
General Instructions
The inverter must be used for three-phase induction motors, and connection of any other electrical equipment to the inverter output may damage the equipment. Do not modify the equipment or perform parts removal not instructed in this manual.
Appropriate measures must be taken to suppress harmonics, and the inverter can be easily set for high-speed operation. Before changing settings, the performances of the motor and machine must be fully examined.
