Getting Started

Before using the Commercial Onion Peeler, remove the warranty card and keep it safe. For three-phase machines, connect the wire to a three-phase power source using an appropriate plug. For single-phase machines, it’s electrically ready for plug-and-play.

Operating the Machine

Follow these steps to operate the machine:
Clean the inside of the drum with water.
Ensure the output shutter is closed properly and the hose collar is connected to a pressurized water inlet.
Feed onions below the machine’s capacity to ensure durability.
Close the lid, open the water inlet, and turn on the machine.
Wait 2-5 minutes and check the peeling status.

Important Safety Precautions

Keep the machine on a flat, non-slippery surface, out of children’s reach, and ensure proper draining. Avoid overloading, using third-party accessories, and running the machine empty for more than 10 seconds.
