Introduction
The Electrolux EDS (Efficient Dosing System) is a chemical dosing system designed for use with washer extractors.
It can connect and synchronize with Compass Control, Compass Pro, or Clarus Control via a data cable.
Key Features
The EDS controller adjusts chemical dosage rates based on weight instructions from the washer extractor, optimizing the wash process and reducing costs.
Up to 50 wash programs can be stored, and the system can receive signals from the washer extractor at predetermined times.
The pump-stand operates on various voltage and frequency settings and provides low voltage power to the EDS controller.
The optional Flush manifold provides an alternative means of chemical transfer to the washer extractor.
The system can be programmed using the Laundry Program Manager or Formula Editor program, and summary reports can be created in Excel or HTML.
