Getting Started with Your Zanussi Washing Machine
Welcome to your Zanussi washing machine! Before you start using your appliance, please read this user manual carefully to ensure safe and effective operation.
Important Safety Notes:
This appliance is designed for use by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge. Keep children and pets away from the appliance door when it is open. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
Installation and Connection:
Make sure the floor where you install the appliance is flat, stable, heat-resistant, and clean. Connect the appliance to a 13 amp mains supply and ensure the mains plug is securely inserted. Do not install the appliance on a carpet or where the ventilation openings are obstructed.
Electric Connection:
The appliance must be earthed. Use a correctly installed shockproof socket and ensure the electrical information on the rating plate agrees with the power supply. Do not use multi-plug adapters and extension cables.
