Getting Started with Your Dyson V8
Your Dyson V8 comes with various tools and accessories, including the main body, wand, and different cleaner heads (e.g., MotorbarTM and FluffyTM). The machine has a soft fluffy brush bar for hard floors and a MotorbarTM cleaner head with de-tangling vanes for automatic hair removal.
The charger is a wall-mounted dock that can charge the vacuum with or without the dock. The machine has two power modes: Powerful mode for longer suction and MAX mode for stronger suction.
Caring for Your Floors and Machine
Before using your Dyson V8, ensure the underside of the cleaner head or tool is clean and free from objects that may cause damage. Check the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning instructions for your flooring, rugs, and carpets.
Charge your machine fully before the first use, which takes approximately 4.5 hours. The battery LEDs indicate the charge level during use and charging.
