System Overview
This Honeywell security system provides three forms of protection: burglary, fire, and emergency.
It features various sensors for perimeter and interior burglary protection, smoke or combustion detectors for early warning in case of fire, and automatic sending of alarm or status messages to a Central Monitoring Station.
System Basics
The system offers several modes of burglary protection: STAY, NIGHT-STAY, AWAY, INSTANT, and MAXIMUM.
Fire and carbon monoxide protection is always active (if installed) and an alarm sounds if a fire or carbon monoxide condition is detected.
Security codes are used to arm and disarm the system, with different authority levels defining the system functions a particular user can perform.
