Bulb Replacement
This manual provides information on replacing exterior lamp bulbs for the Land Rover 2003 Freelander.
Sidelights
Replacement information for sidelights can be found on page 228 of the Owner’s Handbook.
Front Side Light/Direction Indicator
Access the bulb through an access panel in the wheel arch liner. Remove the fixing, prise the fastener, and twist the bulb holder anti-clockwise to remove the bulb.
Rear Light Cluster (Reverse & Rear Marker/Fog Guard Lights)
Remove the three Torx screws, disconnect the electrical connectors, twist the bulb holder anti-clockwise, and pull to release the bulb.
Important: Always switch off the ignition switch and appropriate lighting switch before replacing a bulb. Only replace bulbs with the same type and specification.
