KEMET’s XSR dielectric features an 85°C maximum operating temperature and is considered “semi-stable.” These capacitors are suited for bypass and decoupling applications or for frequency discriminating circuits where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are not critical.

Capacitance offerings range from 0.01 pF to 100 pF, with available capacitance tolerances of +10% and +20%. The devices have a non-polar design, minimizing installation concerns, and a 100% pure matte tin-plated termination finish for excellent solderability.
