The X93156 is a three-terminal digitally controlled potentiometer (XDCP) with a resistor array, wiper switches, control section, and nonvolatile memory.

Low noise, low power, 3-wire Up/Down interface, 32 taps, and wiper position stored in nonvolatile memory.
Temperature compensated, maximum resistance tolerance of ±25%, and low power CMOS with Vcc from 2.7V to 5.5V.
High reliability, endurance of 200,000 data changes per bit, and register data retention of 100 years.
Available in an 8-lead MSOP Pb-free package.
