Specifications
The switches have a contact rating of 0.4 VA max at 20 V AC or DC max, with a life cycle of 30,000 to 60,000 make-and-break cycles at full load.
The switches also feature low contact resistance, high insulation resistance, and a dielectric strength of 1000 Vrms min.
The operating temperature range is -30°C to 85°C, and the switches are solderable per MIL-STD-202F method 208D.
Materials
The case is made of glass-filled nylon 6/6 or 4/6, the actuator is brass with a chrome plate, and the bushing is brass with a nickel plate.
The housing is stainless steel, and the switch support is brass with a matte-tin plate.
The end contacts are made of copper alloy with gold or silver plating.
