Introduction
This document provides technical information for connecting AIM loggers to Lotus ECUs in Elise and Exige models from 2008-2009.
Supported Car Models
The Lotus Clusters 08-09 protocol is supported on the following car models: Elise S, Elise R, Elise SC, Exige S, and Exige 260 Cup.
Connection Methods
There are two methods to connect AIM loggers to the Lotus ECU: through the OBDII plug or through the stock dashboard.
Important: The CAN communication only works when the dashboard is switched on.
Received Channels
The AIM loggers can receive various channels from the Lotus ECU, including speed, RPM, fuel consumption, engine temperature, and more.
