Up to 1 million system gates, 300 user I/Os, and 144 Kbits of true dual-port SRAM. Supports various I/O standards, including LVTTL, LVCMOS, and LVPECL.
Reprogrammable flash technology, single-chip solution, and hot-swappable and cold sparing capabilities.
Integrated PLL, clock conditioning circuit, and phase-shift, multiply/divide, and delay capabilities.
ARM processor support in ProASIC3 FPGAs, with the Cortex-M1 soft processor available with or without debug.
Device Variants
Various device variants are available, including A3PO15, A3P030, A3P060, A3P125, A3P250, A3P400, A3P600, and A3P1000, with different system gates, user I/Os, and SRAM capacities.
Cortex-M1 devices, including M1A3P250, M1A3P400, M1A3P600, and M1A3P1000, are also available.
