Jump Start Procedure

To jump start your 2017 Acura NSX, follow these steps:

Turn off power to electric devices and open the hood.

Remove the maintenance cover and connect jumper cables.

Start the assisting vehicle’s engine and attempt to start your vehicle’s engine.

Once your vehicle’s engine has started, remove the jumper cables in the following order:

Disconnect from your vehicle’s ground.

Disconnect from the booster battery terminal.

Disconnect from your vehicle’s 12-volt battery terminal.

Disconnect from the booster battery terminal.

Have the vehicle inspected by a nearby service station or an authorized Acura NSX dealer.
