Assembling and Using Your DCO7
Assemble the DCO7 by sliding the hose into the runners at the back of the machine and clicking it into place. Slot the wand into the top of the machine and click it into place.
Use the DCO7 by plugging it in, pressing the on/off switch, and pushing the cleaner head down with your foot. Ensure the machine is in an upright position before using tools.
Important Safety Precautions
Keep hair and loose clothing clear of the wand cap and brush bar when the machine is switched on. Be careful when cleaning stairs as the powerful suction can cause the hose to “pull back”.
Troubleshooting
To clear blockages, turn off the power and unplug the machine. Check the tools, wand, and hose for blockages, and follow the steps to clear any obstructions.
Wash the lifetime pre-motor filter every six months by removing it from the machine, washing it in cold water, and allowing it to dry for 12 hours before replacing it.
