KEMET’s T11O Series and T212 (CSR13 Style) are hermetically sealed, axial, polar-type tantalum through-hole capacitors designed for high humidity environments.
These capacitors offer a wide range of capacitance values (0.0047 pF to 330 pF) with tolerances of +5%, +10%, and +20%, and operating voltages from 6 VDC to 125 VDC.
They are suitable for various applications, including coupling, bypass, filtering, and RC timing circuits in miniaturized circuitry.
The T11O Series exhibits excellent stability, low DC leakage current, and low ESR/impedance over a wide temperature range (-55°C to +125°C).
These capacitors are available in various case sizes (A, B, C, and D) and are qualified to MIL-PRF-39003 (CSR13 Style) with graded and exponential failure rates.
