Overview
The 3M Four-Wall Header 3000 Series is a high-temperature, polarized connector designed for use in harsh environments. It features a latch/ejector system and is available in straight and right-angle versions.

- High-temperature insulation material (PCT) with a glass-filled polyester base
- Copper alloy contacts with nickel underplating and gold plating
- Current rating: 5A per contact, with a maximum temperature rise of 30°C
- UL voltage rating: 125V, with a withstanding voltage of 1000V at sea level
- Optional polarizing posts and centerbump polarization
Mounting Options
- Mounting hardware includes #4-24 self-threading screws and #2-56 bolts and nuts
- Recommended PCB hole size: 2.69mm (0.106″) for straight version, 2.95mm (0.116″) for right-angle version
