Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions apply to all requests and orders for the sale of Alcon products in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
Ordering and Payment
Orders are accepted and products are supplied only on the condition that the buyer is authorized to deal in and re-sell Alcon products in the EEA and Switzerland.
Payment terms include a 30-day credit period, and failure to pay may result in a service charge and cancellation of the contract.
Delivery and Risk
Delivery is made to the address stated in the contract, and the risk in the products passes to the buyer on completion of delivery.
Title and ownership in the products pass to the buyer on receipt of full payment.
Warranty and Returns
Alcon does not accept unauthorized returned products, and any returns must be made with prior written consent.
Returns are only accepted within specified timeframes and under certain conditions.
