The Instant Pot Duo comes with various parts and accessories, including a condensation collector, steam rack, and stainless steel inner cooking pot.
Using Your Duo
The control panel shows status messages, such as standby mode, preheat mode, and cooking time remaining.
You can choose from various Smart Programs, including pressure cooking, sauté, slow cook, yogurt making, and keep warm.
The lid is used for all cooking programs and can be opened and closed by aligning the arrow symbol with the unlock symbol on the cooker base.
Delay Start allows you to set a timer for a minimum of 10 minutes or a maximum of 24 hours.
