The ZZ series of high-temperature EMI filters are designed for use in impedance circuits where large capacitance values are not practical. They provide effective filtering in the microwave frequency spectrum from 100 MHz to 26 GHz.

High-temperature construction withstands 300°C installation temperatures.

Rugged monolithic discoidal capacitor construction with glass hermetic seal on one end and epoxy seal on the opposite end.

High-purity gold plating provides excellent solderability and compatibility with thermal and ultrasonic wire bonding.

Specifications:

Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C.

Insulation resistance: 1,000 megohm-microfarad minimum at 25°C and 100 megohm-microfarad minimum at 125°C.

Dielectric withstanding voltage (DWV): 2.0 times rated DC voltage for R-level designs and 2.5 times rated DC voltage for Class B and Class S designs.

Maximum installation temperature: 300°C.
