Overview
The 3M Four-Wall Header 3000 Series is a high-temperature, polarized connector designed for use in military and commercial applications.
Key Features
The connector features a latch/ejector system, straight and right-angle versions, and optional polarizing posts. It is suitable for “no-lead” soldering operations and has a high-temperature insulator made of glass-filled polyester (PCT).
Electrical Characteristics
The connector has a current rating of 5A per contact, with a maximum temperature rise of 30°C. It also has a withstanding voltage of 1000V at sea level and meets UL current and voltage ratings.
Environmental Characteristics
The connector has a temperature rating of -55°C to 105°C, with a process rating of 260°C. It also meets J-STD-001 and J-STD-002 standards for moisture sensitivity.
