Type F: 0.76um min. gold in selected area & 3.0um min. tin in selected area over 1.3um min. nickel overall.
Type G: 0.05-0.10um gold flash in selected area & 3.0um min. tin in selected area over 1.3um min. nickel overall.

The part numbers for this product range from 90130-X106 to 90130-X468, with varying plating types and void positions.
