General Purpose Capacitors
These metallized polyester film capacitors are designed for general purpose applications, including blocking, coupling, decoupling, and RFI suppression in the automotive industry.
They feature high pulse strength and high contact reliability, with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C and a climatic category of 55/125/56 according to IEC 60068-1.
Construction and Dimensions
The capacitors have a plastic case with epoxy resin sealing and are available with lead spacings ranging from 5 mm to 37.5 mm.
They use stacked-film technology for lead spacings up to 15 mm and wound capacitor technology for lead spacings from 10 mm to 27.5 mm.
Types and Characteristics
The capacitors are available in various types, including B32520, B32521, B32522, B32523, B32524, and B32526, with rated voltages up to 630 V DC and 400 V AC, and capacitances up to 100 µF.
