The ATC 600F Series offers ultra-low ESR, high Q NPO RF & Microwave Capacitors with the lowest ESR in class and highest working voltage in class (250V) in standard EIA sizes (0805).
Features
Laser marking (optional), high self-resonance frequencies, and applications in cellular base stations, wireless communications, broadband wireless services, satellite communications, and WiMAX (802.16).

Capacitance: 0.1 to 240 pF, terminations: Tin Plated over Nickel Barrier (standard), and quality factor (Q): > 2000 MHz.
Mechanical Specifications
Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C, and solderability: solder coverage 90% of end termination.
Environmental Specifications
Life test: 2000 hours, +125°C at 2X WVDC, thermal shock: 5 cycles, -55°C to +125°C at rated WVDC, and moisture resistance: MIL-STD-202, Method 106.
