General Terms and Conditions of Sale
This document outlines the terms and conditions of sale for Philips products, including equipment, services, and software.
Payment Terms
Payment terms include net prices, payment methods, and interest on late payments. Customers have no right to cancel an order unless granted by mandatory law.
Technical Changes and Obsolescence
Philips reserves the right to make changes to product design or specifications without affecting performance.
Lease and Trade-In
Customers may convert purchases to leases, and Philips provides rental agreements at its discretion. Trade-in values are conditioned upon the customer providing the trade-in equipment by a specified date.
Shipment and Delivery
Philips delivers products according to Incoterms, and title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Installation
Customers are responsible for site preparation, including storage, electrical and building codes, and network security.
Product Damages and Returns
Customers must notify Philips within 10 days of receipt for any damages or defects. Philips warrants products for a specified period, and customers must provide written notice of defects during the warranty period.
