This datasheet describes the 1N3016BUR-1 to 1N3045BUR-1 series of 1 Watt surface mount Zener diodes, qualified per MIL-PRF-19500/115.
The devices are hermetically sealed in a DO-213AB (MELF, LL41) package and are available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications.
