Overview
This datasheet describes the F93 Standard Series of solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors from Nichicon, which are compliant with the RoHS directive (2002/95/EC).
Key Characteristics
These capacitors have a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with a rated temperature of 85°C. They have a capacitance tolerance of 20% or 0%, and a dissipation factor of less than or equal to the initial specified value.
They also have a leakage current of less than or equal to the initial specified value, and a capacitance change of less than or equal to 15% after 2000 hours of application at rated voltage.
The capacitors are available in various case sizes and ratings, with a range of capacitance values from 1μF to 680μF and voltage ratings from 6.3V to 50V.
