Overview
The CA Series of transient surge suppressors are industrial high-energy disc varistors (MOVs) designed for special applications requiring unique electrical contact or packaging methods.
Key Features
These varistors have a nominal 60mm diameter, disc thickness ranging from 2.7mm to 32mm, and a voltage range of 250V to 2800V (ACRMS).
They offer high peak pulse current range (5000A to 70,000A), very high-energy capability (880J to 10,000J), and absolute maximum ratings for continuous steady-state applied voltage, transient peak pulse current, and operating ambient temperature range.
