Overview

The FAZ7OOV and FAZZO1V are PWM type DC to DC converter control ICs designed to directly drive power MOSFETs. They feature a wide range of supply voltage (2.5V to 20V), high accuracy reference voltage, soft start function, and adjustable built-in timer latch for short-circuit protection.
