Overview
The F91 series of solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors from Nichicon are designed for high-frequency applications and are compliant with the RoHS directive (2002/95/EC).
Key Features
These capacitors have a low ESR and are suitable for surface-mounting. They are available in various capacitance values and voltage ratings, with a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
Performance Characteristics
The capacitors have a capacitance tolerance of ±20% and a dissipation factor of 150% or less. They also have a leakage current of 0.01CV or 3μA, whichever is greater, after 1 minute of rated voltage application.
The capacitors are designed to withstand various environmental tests, including temperature cycles, damp heat, and surge tests.
