Overview
Type C multilayer ceramic chip capacitors are available in various sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210) and temperature coefficients (COG, XZR, ZSU, and YSV).
Key Features
Nickel barrier/solder terminations, RoHS compliant, and available on tape and reel.
Capacitance range: 0.5 pF to 0.012 uF (COG), 150 pF to 0.33 uF (XZR), 6800 pF to 0.47 uF (ZSU), and 0.022 pF to 2.2 uF (YSV).
Voltage range: 10, 16, 25, 50, 100, and 200 Vdc.
Performance Characteristics
Temperature coefficient, aging rate, and insulation resistance are specified for each temperature coefficient type.
