The OMZ8OOIH series are three-terminal, fixed voltage, 1.5A precision positive regulators in hermetic JEDEC TO-257AA packages.
Key Features
These regulators offer isolated hermetic packages, internally trimmed output voltages to ±1% or ±2%, built-in thermal overload protection, and short-circuit current limiting.
They are available in standard voltages of 5V, 12V, and 15V, with other voltages available up to 24V.
