The Roadster can be identified by its Tesla emblem, Tesla lettering on the back, and electric charge receptacle to the right of the driver’s door.
Safety Considerations
The Roadster makes no noise and has high voltage wiring that requires special precautions. Airbags and other SRS components remain active even when the car is turned off.
Important: Never use water to extinguish a vehicle fire if the Roadster is plugged in, and always disable the high voltage system by cutting the Emergency Disconnect cable before performing emergency response procedures.
