Overview
The HCC4073B, HCC4081B, and HCC4082B are monolithic integrated circuits that provide AND gate functions in a 14-lead dual in-line plastic or ceramic package and plastic micro package.

Medium speed operation with propagation delay times of 85ns (typ.) and 65ns (typ.) at 1OV.
Quiescent current specified to 0V for HCC devices.
Input current of 1μA at 18V and 25°C for HCC devices.
Meets all requirements of JEDEC Tentative Standard No. 134, “Standard Specifications for Description of ‘B’ Series CMOS Devices”.
