Cautionary Note
Fluoroelastomers are synthetic rubbers often used in engines and engine test rigs. They can break down to give highly corrosive acid (Hydrofluoric acid) when heated beyond normal operating conditions, causing serious burns on contact with skin.
Vehicle Identification
The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is stamped on the outboard face of the right-hand rear chassis leg, viewable over the right-hand rear wheel.
The engine number is stamped on the forward-facing rear flange of the cylinder block, alongside the clutch housing joint face.
