General Description
The Z86E21 microcontroller (MCU) is a 32-pin device with 8 Kbytes of EPROM and 238 bytes of general-purpose RAM. It features a flexible I/O scheme, efficient register and address space structure, and low power consumption.
Key Features
The MCU has two on-chip counter/timers, a UART, and a sophisticated interrupt system. It is available in 40-pin DIP, 44-pin Leaded Chip-Carrier, and 44-pin Quad Flat Pack packages.
