This datasheet describes a family of high-speed PWM controllers designed for voltage-mode or current-mode control methods. The devices feature improved performance, including a 12-MHz error amplifier gain bandwidth product, 2-mV input offset voltage, and 10-mA oscillator discharge current.
The controllers have high-current dual Totem Pole outputs (2-A peak), trimmed oscillator discharge current, and low 100-μA startup current. They also feature pulse-by-pulse current limiting, a comparator latched overcurrent comparator with full cycle restart, and a soft-start complete restart delay latch.
