These metallized polyester film capacitors (MKT) are designed for general purpose applications, including blocking, coupling, decoupling, and RFI suppression in automotive systems.
Key Features
High pulse strength, high contact reliability, and RoHS-compatibility. Available with halogen-free materials and AEC-Q200 compliant.
Terminals feature parallel wire leads with lead-free tinning, and special lead lengths are available upon request.
Construction and Dimensions
Dielectric material is polyethylene terephthalate (PET), with stacked-film technology for lead spacings of 5-15 mm and wound capacitor technology for lead spacings of 10-37.5 mm.
Plastic case and epoxy resin sealing meet UL 94 V-0 standards.
Available in various lead spacings, including 5.0, 7.5, 10.0, 15.0, 22.5, 27.5, and 37.5 mm, with corresponding dimensions and capacitance ranges.
