Overview
The X5328 and X5329 are CPU supervisors that combine power-on reset control, supply voltage supervision, and block lock protect serial EEPROM memory in one package.
Key Features
These devices offer low Vcc detection and reset assertion, five standard reset threshold voltages, and the ability to reprogram the low Vcc reset threshold voltage. They also feature a 32Kbit SPI EEPROM, long battery life with low power consumption, and built-in inadvertent write protection.
