Introduction
This manual provides instructions for retrofitting a sports exhaust system on a Porsche Cayman (981) model year 2014 and later.
Important Notes
The sports exhaust system is activated and deactivated using the new switch console with the additional ‘Twin tailpipe’ button.
The system can also be activated by pressing the “Sport” and “Sport Plus” buttons.
The switch console (combined switch) is a repair kit and must also be ordered.
Parts and Tools
A list of required parts and tools is provided, including the sports exhaust system, sports tailpipe, and various clamps, wires, and screws.
The necessary tools include the PIWIS Tester, Assembly tool, and Socket-wrench insert.
Work Procedure
