Maintenance Intervals

The service schedule is a guide for correct maintenance of the Bobcat compact tractor.

Regular maintenance intervals include:

  • Every 10 hours: Check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, wheel bolt nut torque, tire pressure, and more.
  • First 50 hours: Replace engine oil and filter, transmission fluid, and front differential oil.
  • Every 50 hours: Check wheel bolt nut torque.
  • Every 100 hours: Replace engine oil and filter, check battery, and more.
  • Every 200 hours: Replace transmission filter, fuel filter, and more.
  • Every 400 hours: Replace transmission fluid, front axle oil, and more.
  • Every 600 hours: Adjust front axle pivot.
  • Every 800 hours: Adjust engine valve clearance.
  • Every 1000 hours or 24 months: Replace coolant.

Read and understand the Operation and Maintenance Manual, Operator’s Handbook, and signs (decals) on the machine before operating or servicing.

Follow warnings and instructions in the manuals when making repairs, adjustments, or servicing.
