The 3M Four-Wall Header 3000 Series is a high-temperature, polarized connector designed for military and industrial applications.

Available in straight and right-angle versions, this connector features a latch/ejector system, optional polarizing posts, and a high-temperature insulator suitable for “no-lead” soldering operations.
The connector has a current rating of 5A per contact, with a maximum temperature rise of 30°C. It also meets UL and EIA standards for insulation resistance and withstanding voltage.
Physical Characteristics
The connector has a glass-filled polyester (PCT) insulator, copper alloy contacts, and a nickel underplate with gold plating. The solder tails are available in tin-lead or matte tin finishes.
The connector is available in various configurations, including with and without a latch/ejector system, and with different mounting hardware options.
