Warranty Information
Greenworks offers a 4-year warranty on their products, double the industry standard, with some exceptions.
The warranty covers defects under normal use for 4 years (90 days for commercial use) from the shipping date.
Pressure Washers and Air Compressors have a 1-year warranty.
Warranty Conditions
Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
Replacement of products or parts subject to normal wear and tear is the customer’s responsibility.
Greenworks may repair, replace, or issue a refund for defective or damaged products.
Battery Warranty
Lithium-ion batteries and chargers have a 2-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
Sealed Lead Acid batteries have a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
Batteries must be charged according to the operator’s manual directions and regulations to be valid.
